Katy Perry is the queen of kitsch and kook, so when she tells silly stories…we pull up a chair!
After performing at the iHeartRadio listening party for her new album Prism in El Lay last night, the original Katycat took questions from lucky fans—and things got a little weird!
When asked about what was in her bag, Miz Perry revealed she keeps a "big empty purse," but did go into detail about storing some odd items in her Grammys clutch years ago:
"One of the first times I went to the Grammys, I got to share a dressing room with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift , and I asked them for a lock of their hair from each one of them, which is totally creepy, but awesome. I put little bows on them individually and put them in my purse. And that was my little secret and I'm a freak!"
As Katy giddily told the freaky tale, host for the evening Mario Lopez was left speechless!
No matter what her oddities may be, this performer's crazy antics make us fall deeper in prismatic lust!
Perhaps locks of popstar love is what this gal needs to keep her mystical stage powers present!
We know Tinkerbell requires pixie dust—so everyone must have their own thing, right?! LOLz!
