A university dorm building in Kensington, Brooklyn is on the market for $8.3 million?off almost one-third from the $12 million owners paid for the building in 2007. The dorm, which draws student residents from schools such as Adelphi University, Brooklyn College, NYU, and the New School, charges $1,175 to $1,350 a month for a fully furnished suite.
